About Nadia
A little about who I am, how I work, and what you can expect when we sit down together.

Welcome. I'm Nadia Omidosu, a registered Educational Psychologist based in Centurion. I work with children, adolescents and adults, supporting emotional wellbeing, learning, development and personal growth.
My work is shaped by a background in education, psychometry and psychology. Before qualifying as an Educational Psychologist, I worked across both educational and clinical settings. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the many different ways children learn, cope, and let us know what they need.
I'm especially drawn to work involving learning barriers, neurodiversity, emotional regulation, and the impact of trauma on the brain and behaviour. My approach is integrative and client-centred, drawing on play therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psycho-education and other evidence-informed methods, always shaped around the person in front of me.
Above all, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where individuals and families can understand their challenges, recognise their strengths, and build practical tools for moving forward.
I believe meaningful change often begins with understanding, and that with the right support, individuals and families can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and resilience.
